- As the founder and CEO, I made key business decisions, oversaw all company operations, and served as the primary liaison to the Chairman.
- Developed the original technical specifications for the Watch-it Platform in its early stages.
- Developed a new, economical media production model, reducing production costs by an estimated 25% while maintaining quality.
- The CoreTV Digital Platform (SVOD for iOS, Android, Smart TVs) was fully developed and ready for distribution within 4 months.
