The Challenge
In the modern digital age, an organization's online presence is a critical asset, yet it's highly vulnerable. Companies, especially large governmental and corporate entities, face constant threats of digital impersonation, reputation attacks, brand misuse, and emerging AI-driven risks. These organizations required a highly specialized partner to preserve their digital standing.
My Solution
As Director, AI and Digital Risk Solutions and a strategic partner for the Cairo operations, my primary responsibility was to establish and lead this critical service for high-stakes clients across the region and internationally.
- Client Onboarding: I was in charge of initiating the digital protection process for the majority of new accounts in Egypt, managing highly confidential client data.
- Key Account Management: I led the protection strategy for major clients, including Egypt Post, whose identity I can disclose, alongside top security entities on confidential mandates.
- Service Leadership: I am directly responsible for delivering AI-powered digital risk management, reputation defense, threat intelligence, and implementing intelligent social media monitoring systems for our clients.
The Result
I successfully established and now lead the AI and Digital Risk Solutions division for Beyond Data, delivering international projects that preserve and enhance the online reputation and digital assets for some of the region's most sensitive organizations, securing them against complex digital and AI-era threats.
